TOP NOTCH CONTRACTING is Hiring an Outdoor Sales Representative (Entry-Level) Near Englewood, CO

Entry level Outside Sale Representatives

Top Notch is looking for trained seasoned sales representatives to fill openings immediately in Denver Co. This job is an outside roofing sales position. You are required to go door to door during this period turn in 5 leads a week and have at least one of those leads turn into a contracted job. As you build your pipeline you will transition into becoming a sales representative. We need sales representatives that are willing to be part of a team and attend training provided by the company.

Training

We will provide you with the training and tools to help you be successful in the industry. We are looking for sales representatives that are self-motivated. Someone that can combine their entrepreneurial sales talent and training provided to aid Clients in recovering from storm damages.

PAY SCALE

We are offering a 2-month hourly position or equivalent to 5 leads that turn into 5 contracted jobs in your pipeline. The pay is $15 an hrs. for up to 40 hrs. a week plus a commission of 30% of profit. After 5 contracts are signed you move up to 35% commission of the profit then it is straight commission.

Outside Sales Representative requirements.

Not fear heights.
Be responsible for running your jobs.
Keep in contact with your client and the office to ensure the job stays on track.
Have a good attitude and be coachable.

Responsibilities of Outside sales Representative

Manage your jobs and have open lines of communication with office and client.
Self-efficient to go out and door knock residential/commercial roofs to drum up business for your pipeline.
Contract/contingency signings
Get photos of roof and damages for insurance company
Put in Materials orders!
Call insurance companies and file claim with clint
Collect checks from clients.
Follow up with insurance companies for check releases.
